Description

• Engage with potential customers to understand technical challenges. • Craft tailored solutions using Unstructured's products. • Guide customers through successful onboarding processes. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify technical opportunities. • Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer needs. • Design and present customized solutions addressing client challenges. • Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations. • Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle. • Work with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback. • Create and maintain technical documentation like architecture diagrams. • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to effectively position offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical presales, solutions architect, or similar role, ideally within a SaaS or data-focused company. • Strong knowledge of data ingestion, preprocessing, and analysis technologies, particularly in handling unstructured data. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and relevant data processing frameworks. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with customers and influence decision-makers. • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for designing creative solutions. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and events. • Experience with AI/ML technologies, natural language processing, or data science (preferred). • Familiarity with Python and data integration tools (preferred). • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, data pipelines, and ETL processes (preferred). • Prior experience working in a startup environment is a plus (preferred).
