Description

• Account Manager within the Customer Success department • Play a crucial role in client base's strategic growth and retention • Evaluate existing accounts and identify growth opportunities • Develop and execute strategies for account expansion • Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers • Identify opportunities for upsells and cross-sells • Work with sales and marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns • Implement retention strategies

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to place the customer at the center of decision-making and strategy • Excellent oral and written communication skills, primarily in English for US Market • Prior experience in a sales role is a plus • Previous experience in an account manager or customer success role • Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and pursue growth opportunities • Comfort with CRM software and data analysis tools • Ability to use data to inform decision-making and strategy • Strong collaboration skills
