Description
• At Compass, our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. • We are building cutting edge AI driven products aimed at integrating Artificial Intelligence into everyday real estate workflows. • Your work will make an immediate transformational impact on our agents' day to day lives. • You will be a full stack TypeScript engineer tasked with architecting, developing, and maintaining frontend UIs and Node APIs powered by third party generative AI providers. • An interest in generative AI is required, but prior experience is not.
Requirements
• BS in CS or equivalent practical experience • 8+ years of software engineering experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript, both on the client and server. • While not required, experience with TypeScript and React is highly desirable. • Experience with relational databases and SQL • Experience with git for version control • Experience building tools that leverage third party API integrations • Prior experience working with generative AI tools or projects is not required, but is nice to have. • Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
