Description

• Own the demand generation and pipeline strategy for North America. • Set comprehensive campaign strategies and collaborate with sales and marketing channels to drive growth. • Lead a cross-functional team and ensure execution of effective campaigns.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience, particularly in B2B environments. • Proven experience leading and mentoring teams and cross-functional stakeholders. • Experience managing large budgets to drive meaningful returns. • Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Experience with self-serve analytics tools like Tableau. • Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot. • Ability to travel routinely within North America.
