Description

• Owns all Vanta people programs, including talent management and performance programs, engagement, team member recognition and feedback. • Designs and manages talent and performance management systems that drive high performance, continuous feedback, and growth. • Lead efforts to measure and improve employee engagement through surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms. Develops and executes strategies to enhance the overall employee experience. • Builds effective feedback and recognition systems that encourage open communication, constructive feedback, and continuous improvement. • Creates change management plans for strategic people programs and changes, including communication plans and resources. • Partners with the leaders, managers, and team members to ensure our programs support and enable our high-performing culture. • Tracks and analyzes metrics to measure the effectiveness of our people programs, and drive continuous iteration and improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing, executing and operationalizing people programs in fast paced environments • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders. • Data-driven mindset; able to effectively communicate insights and use data to measure and optimize enablement efforts. • Excellent influencer, communicator, facilitator, and listener with a balanced and thoughtful approach to building trust across all levels of the organization • Ability to manage multiple work streams and programs effectively • Strong knowledge of industry trends and emerging trends in talent management programs • A demonstrated track record of bias for action, rolling up your sleeves and getting things done • Creativity and grit to skillfully problem solve and navigate dynamic, ambiguous situations
