Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Principal UI/UX Designer with a strong background in healthcare technology to join our dynamic team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, accessible, and efficient user interfaces that meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients. • Conduct in-depth user research to understand unique needs and challenges. • Design detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate functionality and user flow. • Create modern, clean, and responsive user interfaces that adhere to industry standards. • Ensure all designs comply with healthcare industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA). • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all healthcare products. • Stay informed about the latest trends in healthcare technology and UI/UX design methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a focus on healthcare technology or other highly regulated industries. • A strong portfolio showcasing your work on healthcare or similarly complex digital products is required. • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other industry-standard software. • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, accessibility needs, patient-centered design, and UX principles. • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools like FigJam, InVision, Axure, or Marvel. • Knowledge of HTML/CSS; experience with front-end frameworks and design-to-development handoff is a plus. • Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. • Ability to track and analyze adoption metrics through surveys, user analytics, and other data-driven approaches.
