Enhance accounts receivable processes within a dynamic finance team for transit advertising.

• Responsible for day-to-day collections processes, such as accounts receivable billing review, collections, payment application, credit checks, and recording journals as needed
• Independently working with our sales teams to review aging reports and provide feedback for collections
• Reconciling payments with customer statements
• Assist department managers with month-end close for receivables, as well as annual audit procedures
• Ad-hoc projects
