• Selling services to Manufacturing and Engineering companies • Capturing technical requirements • Developing proposals • Closing business • Developing long-term relationships with clients • Designing effective solutions • Working with internal teams • Sells core services including Mechanical, Electrical, Design, Embedded, Engineering Analysis, Technical Publications • Developing new prospects into sales opportunities • Meeting with potential and existing clients • Developing solutions through consulting sales process • Formulating value propositions • Negotiating and closing business • Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams • Supporting trade shows and marketing activities • Analyzing marketing and technology trends • Maintaining pipeline with CRM tool

Requirements

• 10 plus year experience in a technical sales role supporting design services • Solution selling experience • Bachelor’s degree • Solid understanding of disciplines across a wide range of business • Ability to read and interpret client requirements, technical specification and industry standards • Proven track record in development and closure of sales contracts • Superb persuasion and communication skills • Outstanding writing and presentation skills • Working with offshore delivery teams experience is preferred • High energy/strong work ethic • Collaborative profile • Ability to treat all constituents on a peer-to-peer level • Self-starter • Resourceful/creative • Flexible • Excellent communication skills • Positive attitude and strong team player

Benefits
