Description
• Verra Mobility is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead product strategy. • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet market demands and exceed stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a technology company. • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies. • Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of technology and product development processes, with the ability to engage with engineering teams on technical issues. • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Customer Focus: A deep commitment to understanding and serving the needs of customers.
