Description

• Assist in architecting, building, documenting, and maintaining Cloud standards and processes. • Automate, manage and monitor Azure resources and workloads. • Implement Azure Active Directory and manage identity and access. • Help manage Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation. • Monitor system performance, create incident response plans, and implement observability practices. • Leverage observability and event management to improve key incident management metrics. • Collaborate with team members to improve the company’s cloud use plan. • Stay current with industry trends and identify areas of application for emerging technologies. • Manage cloud cost optimization and projections. • Participate in weekend support for cloud infrastructure upgrades and/or releases. • Facilitate Disaster Recovery implementation and testing. • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience building and operating scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed systems. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture principles. • 3+ years of experience with public cloud, Azure experience preferred. • 3+ years of experience on infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools. • 3+ years of experience in configuration management tools. • 3+ years of experience in at least one coding language. • 3+ years of experience with containerization and orchestration technologies. • 2+ years of experience with observability tools. • 2+ years of experience in development and management of CI/CD pipelines. • Deep knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM) concepts and platforms. • Good understanding of the Linux operating system. • Ability to partner with multi-functional teams and pivot quickly. • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
