• The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that allows them to strategically engage stakeholders across Trading, Technology, Operations and the C-suite • Drive revenue and increase market share in a defined set of accounts • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, and effectively manage reporting tools (e.g. CRM) • Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful go-to-market strategy • A self-starter who is prepared to develop, and execute against, a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets + related KPIs • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and value of Versana’s products and services • Partner with other internal business departments to uncover opportunities to deepen client relationships • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
• BS or BA or equivalent work experience • 6-10 years experience in financial markets, data, or technology sales • Track record of consistent and sustained revenue and sales performance in complex enterprise sales environment • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and thoroughly, using peers and internal resources as applicable • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level • Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing enterprise level technology and/or data sales to global customers • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work collaboratively across various internal teams
