Description
• Responsible for overseeing strategy, execution, and delivery of our Veruna Agency Management System product • Manage engineers with mixed skillsets including Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Lightning Components, Microsoft C#, Python, and others • Ensure delivery of high-quality product and implement best practices • Collaborate across teams to translate vision into a technical roadmap
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, data science, natural sciences or related experience required • 12+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise software architecture and design, and software product delivery • 3+ years of engineering management experience • 5+ years of experience developing and deploying cloud software on Salesforce or other enterprise platforms • 5+ years of experience with public cloud providers • Experience designing, building, and operating enterprise applications with a focus on security, performance, and reliability • Strong project planning and execution skills • Experience in multi-tenant, distributed systems at scale • Hands-on experience with coding and technical documentation
