• Mid-level Product Designer for design processes • Comfortable in root cause investigation, research synthesis, brainstorming, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing • Balancing business needs with user needs • Passionate about impactful creation

Requirements

• Degree in Design, related field, or equivalent experience. • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or User Experience Designer for digital products and systems across mobile and web platforms • An obsession with Figma • A portfolio reflecting a deep understanding of design principles • Familiarity with maintaining component libraries and design systems • Familiarity with designing responsive web and mobile applications from desktop to mobile viewports • High-fidelity wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing experience • Experience working with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders • Research experience with user interviews, surveys, and data analysis from event tracking • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • Experience presenting your work to executive leadership and project stakeholders • Experience in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with HTML and CSS • ADA / WCAG compliance experience • Based in NYC
