Description
• Viam is a software platform that makes it easy to turn great ideas into production-ready smart machines & robots at scale. • Creating technical documentation of our products is essential for the success of our users. • You will join a team focused on enabling software engineers to build and program robots. • You'll be mentoring other technical writers and writing the documentation for Viam’s products.
Requirements
• Experience mentoring technical writers • Experience in technical writing • Some programming experience sample projects and applications (Python, Go, or JavaScript preferred) and an understanding of coding concepts • Experience with version control (Git/Github) • Experience with automation (GitHub Actions, scripting…) • Experience or a wish to work with physical hardware • An interest in solving challenging problems with practical solutions
