Description
• Manage and maintain vector databases and data stores, including Elastic Search and AWS OpenSearch. • Lead the migration of data infrastructure to modern, scalable solutions. • Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of data infrastructure. • Implement and manage cloud-based solutions, leveraging AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms. • Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to maintain and improve system availability and performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide robust data solutions. • Monitor and optimize data storage and retrieval processes. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data infrastructure. • Develop and maintain documentation for data systems and processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience managing vector databases and data stores, including Elastic Search and AWS OpenSearch. • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. • Proven experience leading data infrastructure migrations. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. • Strong understanding of data architecture and data management best practices. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
