• Review, draft, and negotiate vendor, non-disclosure, sales, and other commercial agreements for global clients. • Provide legal and strategic business advice across departments, including Sales, HR, Product, Technology, and Finance. • Collaborate with the General Counsel to develop and enforce company policies and ensure legal compliance with internal policies and applicable laws. • Stay informed on legal developments, particularly in the adtech industry, and advise the business accordingly.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from a reputable law school. • 2-3 years of experience as a commercial lawyer in a law firm or in-house. • Licensed to practice law in New York. • Strong ability to negotiate software and technology contracts; knowledge of advertising technology or online advertising is strongly preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Familiarity with Salesforce and contract management tools like LinkSquares is a plus.
