•Take a technical leadership role on features and small teams

Drive go-to-market strategies for Vistar's innovative advertising software products.

• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive adoption of key features and tools across the Vistar demand-side platform, supply-side platform, and ad server.
• Collaborate closely with existing product marketing teams to align on messaging, customer engagement tactics, and promotional activities.
• Partner with the customer education and training lead to ensure that our customers fully understand and utilize our products through comprehensive training programs and resources.

• Review, draft, and negotiate vendor, non-disclosure, sales, and other commercial agreements for global clients.
• Provide legal and strategic business advice across departments, including Sales, HR, Product, Technology, and Finance.

Bookkeeper

Support full cycle accounts payables processing for a leading OOH technology company.

• Perform day-to-day full cycle payables processing and ensure the accurate coding of vendor payables, corporate credit card transactions, employee expense reimbursement in adherence to company policies. Act as point of contact for all stakeholders.
• Prepare bi-monthly payments requests via ACH/Wire and creates and maintains all banking templates.
• Own all communication flowing through our AP alias with timely responses and a great customer service attitude.
• Process all tax payments and filings across various US states and international entities. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Support month-end close procedures, such as preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, AP aging analysis, resolving vendor discrepancies and more.
