• Reporting directly to our CEO • Function in an individual contributor and a 'hands-on' strategic sales leader • Drive new business, develop new client relationships • Foster existing relationships within the Research and Clinical Trials domain • Expand solutions footprint by identifying and recommending solutions translating into new business • Work cross functionally internally and externally • Create and execute account planning and business development strategies • Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline • Meet/exceed revenue targets • Position Vitalief as a trusted delivery partner with client executives • Deliver client presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work • Represent Vitalief at industry and networking events
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of business development experience selling staffing and/or management consulting professional services within healthcare and/or clinical research industry • Experience working for a CRO selling FSP services preferred • Bachelor’s degree • Executive presence with strong leadership skills • Proven track record obtaining Master Services Agreements with new clients • Building long standing client relationships • Highly effective at navigating client environments • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills • Solve client problems innovatively • Able to build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline • Ability to travel domestically
