• The VIXXO Project Manager is responsible for managing and leading individual construction projects
• High volume project management for individual construction projects ranging in scope from $5,000 to $500,000 including planning, design, construction execution, occupancy and closeout
• Accountable for the timely completion of the project and ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and local codes
• Interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements including scope of work, cost estimate, budget, work plan schedule, and quality control.
