Description

• The Sales Development Representative plays a critical role in fueling growth by identifying potential business opportunities, developing relationships with partner reps, and driving communication outreach and execution of funnel activity. • Help generate new business opportunities by identifying leads and converting them into qualified leads. • Constantly prospect for new business, raise awareness, and seek to add value to prospective clients. • Passion for outreach, outbound activity, and making new relationships is critical to success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative, ideally within the Professional Services space. • Solid understanding of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet) and strong preference for familiarity with Google Cloud products. • Enthusiasm for cold calling and leveraging it to drive sales and unlock commission potential. • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience with a CRM like Salesforce Lightning or Outreach is a plus. • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices, coupled with ability to build productive and lasting professional relationships. • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals. • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills. • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback are essential. • Excellent listening skills and a coachable attitude are key. • Must be able to commute to the office (Tuesday-Thursday) located in The Woodlands, TX (77379).
