Description
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for tax equity and debt financings. • Support the structuring and negotiation of financing agreements. • Manage lender and tax credit monetization diligence process. • Cultivate relationships with banks and financial institutions. • Analyze potential tax structures affecting project IRR. • Prepare investor presentations and due diligence materials. • Collaborate with project development, EPC, M&A, and Commercial teams. • Stay informed on renewable energy policies and market trends. • Travel up to 15% including visits to the corporate office in PA.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering or a related field. • 2 – 4 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or a related field (prior experience in renewable energy is a plus). • Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in financial modeling. • Excellent understanding of financial principles and valuation methodologies. • Experience with tax equity structures for renewable energy projects is preferred.
