Description

• You are a consultant to a client and candidate, managing expectations and guiding them through an interview process • Responsible for finding new clients to work with and sourcing possible candidates for those clients and potential roles you win. Either over the phone or face to face • Business Development: Create and develop relationships with new and existing clients • Market mapping to identify and partner with new businesses and candidates within your market • Lead generation
