Description

• Manage a client portfolio of paid media campaigns across Search and other digital platforms • Proactively build internal relationships & communicate technical subjects effectively • Mentor and tutor junior members of the team, for example with technical training on an ad platform • Ensure campaigns deliver against a customer’s objectives while providing analysis and recommendations to improve performance • Support senior team members with strategy development • Proactive reporting and analysis of data, and quality assurance of Paid Media Specialists • Define optimisation strategies for customers • Own the day to day delivery of paid media work against customer objectives • Work towards becoming a trusted advisor to clients through the communication of day to day performance management and strategies for short term performance improvement • Understand and be able to explain best practice set up requirements for relevant paid media platforms and influence best practice sharing • Have an understanding and interest in working across both international and B2B focused clients • Bring ideas and knowledge to the agency on how we can grow and improve our offerings and work for clients • Lead meetings and communication around day to day delivery for clients • Demonstrate commercial awareness, or project management skills • Confidently build campaigns, optimise and deliver meaningful insights for clients • Able to demonstrate proficiency at customer management and delivery/optimization/analysis/reporting across platforms • Deliver robust frameworks for testing new strategies

Requirements

• As a guide, we would expect a person to have a minimum of around 2-4 years in a role using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads • Demonstrate implementation of multi-channel media strategies, advising on the right balance between paid search, paid social and other media • Experience working with clients in the luxury retail, interior design, home design or similar. • Able to demonstrate proficiency at customer management and delivery/optimisation/analysis/reporting across platforms • Stakeholder management skills • Enjoy educating clients about all things Search • Good negotiating skills paired with ability to dive deep into performance reporting • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) targeting tactics • Experience in managing monthly budgets exceeding £30k for multi-channel international campaigns • Knowledge & experience of performance analysis, forecasting & creating high level & in depth reports • LinkedIn campaign management is a nice to have • Experience working with & advising on the implementation of tagging & tracking • Ambitious, driven and passionate about all things digital, with an excellent comprehension of how search serves as the backbone of online conversion
