• Prepare monthly journal entries and support schedules, bank reconciliations, including areas such as accruals, A/R, A/P, payroll journal entries, etc.
• Accounting research
• Perform general ledger reconciliations
• Perform journal entries and adjustments
• Oversee the A/R and A/P process
• Perform/review fixed assets and depreciation schedules
• Prepare trial balance and schedules in preparation of income tax returns
• Prepare payroll tax reconciliation, 1099s, and business property tax returns
• Prepare depreciation and amortization schedules
• Analyze/design spreadsheets as needed
