Description

• Identify and source new business and partnership opportunities through research, networking, and outreach (cold calls/emails). • Onboard, build, and maintain relationships with referral partners, acting as a key point of contact for all inquiries and enablement activities. • Collaborate with marketing to support the planning and execution of events such as industry conferences, networking dinners, brand summits, and joint webinars with partners. • Become an expert on all things WITHIN and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking events to increase awareness and generate leads. • Achieve and exceed monthly new business targets driven through the partnerships channel

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience. • 1-2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within a B2B context, with a focus on driving revenue and goal attainment. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and partners effectively. • Proven track record of executing successful sales and partnership initiatives, especially in B2B SaaS or partner organizations. • Experience in event planning and execution, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with project management tools like Asana. • Passion for sales and partnerships, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
