• Manage client communications and relationships • Ensure client deliverables are met • Develop relationships with internal teams • Develop effective communication strategies • Refine Agency and Client processes • Develop basic briefs and conduct analysis • Recommend initiatives for performance improvement • Identify areas for growth with clients • Learn business operations and success metrics • Project Management oversight of core projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years of experience working with a creative team • Experience developing digital and social communications programming and plans and implementing best practices • Exhibited ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  • Experience managing direct client relationships • Experience working in digital and social advertising • Strong attention to detail • Excellent English communication and organizational skills • Proficiency in G-Suite and PM Software (Asana. Monday, etc..)
