• Responsibilities include quickly responding to leads and expanding customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction with EquipmentShare services • Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
• Tenacious and innovative with superior sales skills • Industry knowledge (rental or construction) and experience in B2B sales preferred but not required • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company • Competitive but thrives in a team-oriented environment
