Description

•As a Manager of Technical Account Management, you will ensure the success of Wiz customers in your region. •You will oversee a team of highly skilled Technical Account Managers. •Technical expertise, customer-facing experience, and strong leadership skills will be essential. •Join Wiz to contribute to customer success and be part of an innovative and collaborative company. •Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of TAMs. •Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Renewals, and Marketing teams on strategic account plans. •Program management account escalations to ensure timeline and well-coordinated resolution. •Help customers develop Success Plans and measure their achievement of key performance indicators. •Identify and address technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. •Advocate for customer needs across various departments and manage account escalations effectively.

Requirements

•7+ years of experience as a TAM, Solutions Engineer, or a related customer-facing technical role. •3+ years of experience managing technical customer-facing teams. •Practical understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with CSP level certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer) preferred. •Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and the security considerations associated with them. •Proven track record of mentoring and managing high-performing technical teams. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. •B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
