Description

• Manage candidates through the entire interview process (sourcing, updating candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, setting expectations, etc.) while maintaining an excellent candidate experience. • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process • Develop and execute strategies to improve candidate closing processes • Enhance referral programs to maximize the number of network-based referrals. • Gather feedback from candidates and make data-driven improvements to the recruitment process including employer branding initiatives • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement • Develop and refine interview loops, questions, and competencies to align with company goals and values. • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in all recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent across both technical and nontechnical roles • Previous experience recruiting and scaling an early-stage team • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. • High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to act as a trusted partner and advisor. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
