Description

• Directly leading and mentoring a team of 5-7 Sales Managers, overseeing approximately 70 Agents to drive sales performance and achieve targets. • Collaborating closely with Sales Directors, RevOps, Underwriting, Workforce Management & QA to ensure consistent processes, procedures, and cohesiveness across all sales teams. • Conducting weekly Manager huddles to keep teams informed on product updates and regulatory changes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptability. • Maximizing agent capacity and capabilities by working closely with Workforce Management, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency. • Engaging in monthly calibration sessions with the Finance team to execute commission plans, evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement. • Strategizing with Business Intelligence (BI) to develop reporting needs and metrics that enhance and strengthen departmental performance. • Shaping, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures relevant to Sales Agents by collaborating with co-leaders, promoting a positive and compliant work environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Sales Management experience and overseeing operations managers. • 2+ years of specialized experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry dynamics. • A genuine enthusiasm for sales, leadership, and mentorship, with a track record of inspiring and developing high-performing teams in call-center environments. • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret and leverage diverse data sets to drive strategic decisions and improve sales outcomes. • Proven track record of driving growth through empowering Sales Managers and instilling repeatable, measurable sales practices; you are a classically trained sales professional who has a structured methodology for closing a sale. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate seamlessly with all departments and teams within Kin. • Skilled in using GSuite, CRMs, and telephony systems alongside analytical tools such as LOOKER or Tableau • Ability to think strategically and act tactically, using insights to make informed decisions that align with organizational goals and drive growth. • A commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs, enhancing their experience, and building long-term relationships.
