Description

• The RVP of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for driving enterprise sales growth and leading a high-performing sales team • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top sales talent • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise segment • Build strong, lasting relationships with key accounts

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role • Strong leadership and team management skills • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
