Description
• Create and manage campaign assets such as copy for email, ads, landing pages, social media, and promotional kits for sales and customer success • Collaborate closely with channel owners (paid, email, social, outbound) to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution for integrated campaign assets • Innovate and create integrated campaign assets using Writer to enhance content effectiveness and engagement • Manage the content remixing process, repurposing existing content to maximize reach and relevance across different platforms and audiences • Conduct A/B testing against specific personas, experimenting with new imagery and messaging to optimize campaign performance • Manage the repromotion of content through ads, emails, social media, and outbound channels • Analyze campaign performance, report on key metrics, and share learnings with the team to inform future strategies • Prepare detailed campaign recaps that highlight successes, learnings, and recommendations for future initiatives
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a significant focus on campaign management and digital marketing • Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects under tight deadlines • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders • Proficiency in marketing automation technology and CRM software • Creative thinker with attention to detail
