Description

• Develop best practices for integration of AI tooling across the engineering organization. • Build and maintain a deep understanding of our existing systems. • Evaluate existing systems readiness for AI/ML enhancements. • Review designs for new systems. • Participate in internal engineering guilds to influence best practices adoption. • Develop standards and solicit feedback. • Track technology developments and explore opportunities via research spikes and prototyping. • Conduct investigations into emergent systems behavior.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI APIs, tools, and services. • Experience developing software in a cloud-based SaaS environment. • Experience promoting adoption of SDLC best practices (SLIs/SLOs, DORA metrics, etc.) in engineering teams. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify concepts and bridge understanding between product, engineering, and other stakeholders. • Nice to have: Domain experience in Martech, Web Identity, AI products.
