Description
• Oversee all aspects of the financial accounting and reporting process • Manage the month-end and year-end close process • Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures • Manage the implementation of new accounting and finance software • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance • Work closely with senior management to support strategic decision-making
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA certification preferred • 5+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting • Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices • Experience in implementing new accounting and finance software • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
