Description

• Provide expert legal advice on securities laws and regulations, focusing on cryptocurrency and blockchain. • Navigate complex legal landscapes and ensure compliance with federal and state laws. • Advise on token offerings and other blockchain-related financial products, ensuring compliance.

Requirements

• Active membership in the California or New York State Bar. • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing securities law, with a significant focus on cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. • In-depth knowledge of federal and state securities laws, including SEC regulations. • Proven experience advising on and handling securities offerings, including ICOs, STOs, and other blockchain-related financial products. • Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape surrounding cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. • Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape surrounding ETFs. • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to non-legal stakeholders. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. • Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills. • Experience working with or within regulatory agencies such as the SEC. • Background in financial services, fintech, or a related industry. • Familiarity with smart contracts and blockchain technology.
