Description
• Ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget. • Overseeing project budgets to maintain financial targets. • Requesting manpower to meet project requirements. • Assisting subcontractors in completing electrical work according to specifications. • Managing change orders efficiently and effectively. • Tackling wiring questions and implementing control diagrams. • Ensuring correct sensor and device installations on-site. • Conduct regular job site meetings to coordinate activities and address issues. • Creating and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical controls project management, preferably in the HVAC industry. • Hands-on experience with control systems, including wiring questions and control diagram implementation. • Proven ability to oversee project budgets, manage change orders, create and maintain project schedules, and coordinate with electrical subcontractors. • Strong problem-solving skills to tackle wiring questions and ensure correct sensor and device installations on-site. • Excellent communication skills to conduct regular job site meetings and address any issues that arise. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be authorized to work in the U.S. • Relevant educational background or certifications in electrical engineering or a related field are preferred but not required.
