Description
• Remotely administer and troubleshoot systems (Mac OS laptops, MDM, software, Cloud SaaS, networking gear) • Support systems including Kandji, Google Workspace, CrowdStrike, Slack, Zoom, Okta • Research and implement new solutions for technical challenges • Work with Security and Infrastructure teams to implement security policies • Maintain an IT asset list • Proactively create and update documentation and training
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience working in a modern IT environment • Comfortable maintaining and supporting SaaS tools • Working knowledge of MacOS • Know how to automate aspects of IT environment using code • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Experience working on IT projects that help transform the business • Learn quickly • Enjoy working in a small but tight-knit team • Love of technology and excitement about working with others
