Description

• Reporting to the Head, Sales - Americas. • Join the Global Sales Team creating the foundation for Zafin to win business. • Generate and nurture qualified leads. • Collaborate on targeted growth campaigns for Zafin’s software platform product offering. • Prospect and manage business development activities. • Build a growth pipeline of key targets and personnel within target organizations. • Utilize digital channels and social media to identify new leads and potential new markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/College Diploma or equivalent practical experience. • Proven track record of prospecting success utilizing various methods of outreach, including cold-calling; targeting senior members (VP/C-level) by using a research-based approach to identify prospect needs. • 1+ years of experience working in a fast paced and multiple stakeholder environment. • Experience and comfortability with cold calling. • Ability to thrive in a target driven environment. • High attention to detail coupled with excellent articulation, communication (written/verbal) and collaboration skills. • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed. • Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders to drive a consistent message in the marketplace. • Strategic and conceptual thinking skills coupled with high attention to detail. • Strong organization and time management skills; able to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Well versed in social media, social selling, and digital growth. • Utilization and knowledge of CRM and Sales tracking tools including Salesforce. • Excellent all-round IT skills with experience of the MS Office suite.
