Description

• Develop and oversee the product strategy and roadmap for experimentation and clickstream frameworks. • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, implement, and scale systems for real-time clickstream analytics and data collection. • Lead cross-functional teams to launch and optimize products based on rigorous A/B testing and data analysis. • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations in managing user identity and personal data. • Encourage and guide the team in their support of our developers building experiments and seeking answers to tough questions.

Requirements

• 8+ years product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on some combination of experimentation, clickstream data, or identity management. • Expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, with a strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically. • A leader who people want to follow. You build trust, inspire, and mentor your team. • Track record of successfully leading Agile scrum teams to deliver software frequently and on time. • Hands-on familiarity with Product Analytics and understanding of how to use product metrics to reduce friction and increase repeat usage. • Technical mindset with a focus on execution and quality.
