Description

• Develop and execute an events strategy that aligns with Zenni Optical's company goals and brand identity. • Manage all aspects of event operations, including venue selection, vendor management, budget planning, contract negotiation. • Work with the creative and brand teams to develop event concepts, themes, and branding materials. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans to promote events. • Build relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencers to create partnerships. • Oversee on-site event setup, registration, operations and logistics. • Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and report on key metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations/Communications, Event Management, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in event planning and marketing, preferably in the retail, e-commerce, or tech industry • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and team members • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Willingness to travel as needed for events and meetings (primarily in the US/Canada)
