• Ability to manage junior staff members overseeing multiple campaigns at once • Craft strategy for all paid media channels (both digital and traditional) in partnership with media and account leads • Develop knowledge share and POVs across the network • Execute and optimize paid social and search campaigns with fluid budgets and aggressive back-end goals • Exhibit a solid understanding of key client information including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services offered, key customers and competitors in the marketplace • Share responsibility for reporting and take learnings to help drive forward-thinking strategy • Understand nuances between various programmatic and data partners to determine optimal partner/strategy for client goals, and negotiate rates • Understand social content strategy and have ability to provide recommendations to ensure content resonates with target audiences

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in the media industry • Experience working in ad platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn (Pinterest, Snapchat and all others are a plus) • Experience working in Prisma is preferred • Experience working with research tools like Resonate is a plus • Experience working with healthcare brands (external/internal) is a plus • Possess an understanding of media and site performance metrics and the ability to spot trends • Proven track record of working closely with other subject matter experts within core digital channel and communications • Strong project manager who has experience growing and leading a team
