• Facilitate daily team meetings for progress updates, organizing and leading Sprint planning sessions, and managing Sprint review processes, retrospectives, and progress tracking charts
• Proactively identify and resolve obstacles in sprints and projects to ensure timely completion of objectives
• Provide Agile training and coaching to team members and stakeholders
• Craft and refine user stories
• Create and implement metrics and reporting systems
• Develop and sustain comprehensive requirements documentation
• Act as an influential communicator to bridge gaps between diverse product owner perspectives
• Employ expert negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Manage Agile Scrum processes while ensuring collaboration and efficiency in delivering client technology solutions.

• Facilitate and manage Agile Scrum processes within the organization
• Partner closely with the product development team to keep projects on track
• Act as a coach and mentor, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs and support teams in delivering high-quality products/solutions on schedule
• Maintain and enhance the ESG data platform to ensure accuracy and reliability
