Description

• Integral part of the legal team at a fast-paced, high-growth organization • Assist with customer agreements and work closely with the sales team • Review and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, and other related contracts • Counsel internal clients and provide clear and concise legal advice • Support legal compliance with privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA • Maintain and update company legal templates

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a law firm and/or tech SaaS company • Understanding of commercial and contract law fundamentals • Law degree from an accredited law school • Active status in at least one state bar • Team player • Establishing collaborative relationships • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills • Self-starter; will to take ownership • Strong writing, drafting and communication skills • Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, resourceful • Ability to manage shifting priorities
