🔄 Hybrid – Manhattan
• Oversee customer journey from onboarding to re-engagement • Develop and implement customer success strategies • Design and distribute training materials • Monitor user behavior and identify risk factors • Collaborate with sales and product teams • Establish and monitor key performance metrics • Handle escalations and client issues in a timely manner
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer success • Experience implementing digital solutions within medical practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel to customers as required • Bachelor's degree required
