Description

• Lead the CRM administration and insights by collaborating with Finance, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue data. • Own the end-to-end process of tracking and analyzing the sales funnel from lead to customer and delivering regular insights to the business. • Examine sales data to uncover trends, predict future performance, and deliver actionable insights for optimizing revenue streams. • Lead the optimization and support of our sales outreach tools (Hubspot and Salesloft). • Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue operations. • Advise leadership on GTM strategy and work closely with Finance on strategic and financial planning. • Create/manage all CRM reporting, forecasting, and dashboards. • Assist in territory planning and quota/productivity modeling. • Conduct thorough analyses of the Deal Close process, carefully reviewing deal structures, financial terms, and product pricing to ensure soundness and efficacy. • Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure revenue processes are set up for new product launches. • Utilize strong analytical skills to investigate root cause revenue discrepancies, propose solutions, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions. • Establish and maintain systems and workflows for pricing and contract support; owning the deal approval process between GTM and Finance teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Revenue/Sales Operations role in a growth stage B2B enterprise tech company. • In-depth understanding of Salesloft & Hubspot to drive sales and streamline processes. • Advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze large data sets to discover actionable insights. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to swiftly establish trust, credibility, and influence and present insights across diverse stakeholders. • Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business models, showcasing an understanding of recurring revenue dynamics and subscription-based businesses. • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, showcasing adept problem-solving skills and analytical prowess. • Comfort working in ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment. • Strong quantitative skills and the willingness to dig into data. • The ability to think from first principles and iterate quickly to deliver results. • Healthcare is a big plus
