Description

• Drive outbound sales efforts to sell 3-5 workshop tickets daily. • Engage with potential clients through calls and emails, understanding their needs and presenting the value of our workshops. • Persuasively articulate product features and benefits, addressing any client concerns. • Close high-ticket sales with confidence and professionalism. • Maintain a strong belief in the value proposition of our products/services. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. • Effectively qualify leads and deliver compelling presentations. • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities. • Meet or exceed sales targets consistently. • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • At least two (2) years of sales closing experience. • Proficient in tactical sales skills, including relationship building, lead generation, and consultative selling. • Experience with CRM systems. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively. • Comfortable discussing financial aspects and proficient in closing sales. • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Ability to travel to workshops and onsite events as necessary and requested. • Ability to work weekends as necessary and requested.
