Description

• Assist in scheduling all initial client calls and appointments, including reminders and follow ups • Own our medical records processes, including; sending medical records requests to claimants’ medical providers, making follow up calls to ensure timely receipt of records, organize medical records for summaries (by providers and in chronological order) • Answer and place phone calls to clients to assist with scheduling with stellar customer service, professionalism, enthusiasm, and compassion • Processes, logs, and files incoming mail and faxes • Manage data entry for new clients, transferring info from initial applications and appeal forms to client database • Learn and utilize various technology systems • Document and develop opportunities for automation throughout your work

Requirements

• You are a problem solver, comfortable with technology, teamwork and communication • Attention to detail and accuracy in all things you do • Driven to help as many customers as possible, with a high level of service • 1-2 years experience working in an operations or administrative job • You believe in continuous learning and have a desire to learn about Social Security Disability Insurance and technology • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team • You have a demonstrated commitment to doing good and helping people • Bonus if you have an interest in AI and use any of the available tools in your own life

Benefits

• $18 - $22 an hour
