Description

• As a technical product manager you will be working directly with two of Agora's co-founders, Yitong on Product and Kent on Engineer to make sure that the product we are building is in line with our vision and technical roadmap. Your responsibilities will include: • Defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on user feedback, competitive analysis, and strategic goals • Working closely with the engineering team to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure smooth implementation • Collaborating with the design team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces • Gathering and analyzing user feedback to continuously improve the product • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the crypto and web3 space • Working with our customers' engineering and product teams to ensure that launch plans are technically sound and implementation plans are buttoned up • Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision. • This will be our first full time product hire therefore there is a massive chance for you to set the tone and rituals for how we build product at Agora.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on technical products • Exceptional communication, customer management and organizational skills • Deep analytical, prioritization and problem solving skills • A first -principles approach to understanding complex technical systems • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications that align with our technical roadmap • Experience working with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of product features • Previous experience working in technical product management or have been a founder in your own venture.
