Accountant

Transition financial operations to in-house function for SaaS and consumer marketplace.

• The preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition for both SaaS and NFT marketplace transactions.
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for daily financial management and reporting.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and classified in a timely manner.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring that all expenses and revenues are properly accounted for.
• Work closely with the Director of Finance to optimize financial operations, including payroll, banking, and financial planning systems.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
• Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with external tax advisors as needed.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare for and manage internal and external audits.

Senior Accountant (CPA)

Sales Engineer

Collaborate with Business Development to research new web3 and web2 partnerships.

• Collaborate with BD leads to identify and evaluate potential partnerships.
• Act as a technical expert throughout the sales cycle, providing insights and solutions.
• Deeply understand Rarible's NFT infrastructure and tools to align them with partner initiatives.
• Liaise with product and engineering teams to assess the technical fit of new opportunities.
• Accelerate sales efforts through technical expertise and strategic guidance.

Technical Product Manager

• Product Development & Strategy: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features. Drive the development of SDKs, internal and external infrastructure for NFT marketplaces and other applications.
• Stakeholder Management: Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, community members, and business partners, to gather feedback and align product strategies.
• Community Engagement: Cultivate strong ties with the Web3 developer community, participating in forums, events, and discussions to understand emerging trends and user needs.
• Analytics & Iteration: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate product performance and iterate on features to improve user experience and drive adoption.
• Product Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company's objectives and market trends.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to cross-functional teams, ensuring successful execution of product initiatives.

• We are seeking a technically adept, experienced Technical Sales Lead/Pre-Sales Specialist, focusing on robustly promoting our API and protocol products to a wide array of customers navigating the crypto/defi/web3 space.
• Lead API and Protocol Sales: Acquire in-depth expertise in Rarible’s offerings, ensuring adept understanding and conveyance of our values to clients. Direct the pre-sales journey, understanding and embedding client business models and objectives into our delivery.
• Customer Engagement & Solution Provision: Ingrain yourself into the customer’s journey from exploration to adoption. Ensure clarity in client requirements, presenting them with precise integration and product solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Sales, positioning Rarible powerfully in all conversations and negotiations. Liaise with diverse teams to facilitate product launches and feature development.
• Documentation and Content Creation: Sustain a knowledge repository for technical and non-technical processes. Develop client-centric demo applications and enrich our developer center with pertinent content.
