Description

• Manage revenue by supporting Account Executives in Strategic Accounts • Recruit, hire, train, and coach top talent • Provide thought leadership and build executive-level relationships with customers • Report quarterly sales forecasts, planning, and budgeting • Develop and implement sales structures that enable sales team • Liaise between product and sales teams to solve customer technology gaps

Requirements

• 8+ years of sales quota carrying experience in technology, preferably SaaS • 3+ years of people management experience • Proven track record of organizational leadership and managing a high performing team • Proven track record of selling and closing large Enterprise accounts • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Exceptional organizational, operational, and analytical skills • Ability to grow the business strategically and make data-driven decisions • Collaborative with strong working relationships inside and outside Airtable • Excellent communication and writing skills • Passionate about Airtable
